1 General Provisions

bat22 is an online casino and sports betting platform operated for players in Bangladesh. These terms and conditions ("Terms") form a legal agreement between bat22 and each user of the platform ("you" or "member").

These Terms apply in both English and Bengali. In the event of any ambiguity in translation, the Bengali version shall take precedence. bat22 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time, and any changes will take effect from the date they are published.

All games, betting services, promotions, and other features offered on the platform are subject to these Terms. Additional specific rules may apply to individual sections of bat22 (slots, cricket betting, live casino, etc.), and those rules will apply alongside these general Terms.

2 Account Registration & Identity Verification

To become a member of bat22, you must complete registration by providing accurate and complete information. Each individual may create only one account. Creating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited.

2.1 Required Information

The following information must be provided accurately at the time of registration:

• Full legal name (as per national ID card or passport)
• Date of birth (must be 21 years of age or older)
• Valid mobile number and email address
• Current address

2.2 Identity Verification (KYC)

bat22 may request additional documents for identity verification at any time. This may include copies of a national ID card, passport, or other government-issued identity documents. Withdrawals may be delayed until identity verification is complete.

If false information is provided, the account will be closed immediately and any unearned bonuses will be cancelled.

3 Age Limit & Eligibility

The following eligibility conditions must be met to use the bat22 platform:

• You must be at least 21 years of age.
• The funds deposited into your account must be from your own lawful income.
• You must not be subject to restrictions in any country that prohibits online gaming.
• You must not be a person unable to make decisions due to any mental incapacity.

bat22 reserves the right to take steps to verify age and identity in cases where there is suspicion.

4 Account Security & Password

It is your own responsibility to ensure the security of your bat22 account. Keep your login credentials (username and password) confidential and never share them with any third party.

• Use a strong password — combining uppercase letters, lowercase letters, numbers, and special characters.
• Avoid using the same password across multiple sites.
• If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, notify bat22 support immediately.
• Always log out to end your session after logging in on a public or shared device.

bat22 will not be held responsible for any loss resulting from third-party access to your account.

5 Deposit & Withdrawal Policy

5.1 Deposit

bat22 currently supports the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer (major Bangladeshi banks including Dutch-Bangla Bank, Islami Bank, and BRAC Bank).

• Deposited funds are generally credited to your account instantly.
• If there is a delay due to a technical or payment gateway issue, please contact support.
• Deposits made through a third party are strictly prohibited and any such transactions will be cancelled.

5.2 Withdrawal

Withdrawal processing time is generally completed within 30 minutes to 3 hours. The following conditions apply to withdrawals:

• Withdrawal requests will only be approved after account verification is complete.
• Applicable wagering requirements must be met before bonus funds can be withdrawn.
• The withdrawal account must be registered in your name.
• Withdrawals may be temporarily suspended in cases of suspicious activity.

6 Bonus & Promotion Terms

bat22 offers various bonuses and promotions for its members. Each bonus has specific conditions that must be followed.

6.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 200% welcome bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳15,000. For example: a deposit of ৳1,000 will earn a ৳2,000 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳3,000.

6.2 Wagering Requirements

A 20x wagering requirement must be met before bonus funds can be withdrawn. The wagering requirement applies to the bonus amount only, not the deposit amount. Example: ৳2,000 bonus × 20 = a total of ৳40,000 must be wagered before the bonus funds can be withdrawn.

• If a withdrawal is requested before the wagering requirement is met, the bonus may be cancelled.
• Some games may have bonus betting restrictions — please check the applicable terms.
• A new bonus cannot be activated until a current bonus is fully completed.
• Each promotion has a specific validity period, and any unused bonuses will be cancelled after expiry.

6.3 VIP Program

bat22's VIP program has three tiers: Bronze (up to 0.3% weekly cashback), Silver (up to 0.7% weekly cashback), and Gold (up to 1.0% weekly cashback). Members can advance to higher tiers based on regular activity and engagement on the platform.

7 Betting & Gaming Rules

All gaming activities on bat22 are conducted on the basis of fair play. Each game has its own rules, which members should be aware of before starting a game.

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled.
• If any bet remains unresolved due to a technical error, bat22's decision will be considered final.
• In sports betting, if an event is cancelled or postponed, the bet will be cancelled and the funds will be refunded.
• Using any technological advantage to gain an unfair benefit is strictly prohibited.
• Game outcomes involve uncertainty; bat22 does not guarantee any winnings.

8 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the bat22 platform:

• Creating or operating multiple accounts.
• Fraudulent activity to obtain bonus benefits ("bonus abuse").
• Money laundering or using funds from illegal sources.
• Using any software, bots, or automated tools to gain an advantage.
• Attempting unauthorised access to the platform's security or systems.
• Using another member's information or identity.
• Providing false or misleading information.
• Harassing or threatening bat22 staff.

9 Account Suspension & Closure

bat22 may temporarily suspend or permanently close a member's account in the following circumstances:

• Breach of these Terms.
• Failure to complete identity verification or providing false information.
• Suspicious or fraudulent activity.
• Voluntary closure at the member's own request.
• A self-exclusion request under the responsible gaming programme.

9.1 Voluntary Account Closure

You may request to close your bat22 account at any time. To do so, please contact the support team. Please withdraw any valid balance before closing your account.

10 Limitation of Liability

bat22 accepts no liability for the following:

• Loss of a game or bet due to loss of internet connection.
• Errors or delays by third-party payment providers.
• Temporary unavailability of the platform due to technical issues.
• Loss arising from unauthorised access to a member's account.
• A member's lack of knowledge of applicable local laws.

bat22 always strives to ensure platform security using SSL encryption and secure technology. However, it is not possible to guarantee that data transmitted over the internet is completely secure.

11 Privacy & Data Protection

bat22 places the highest importance on the privacy of its members' personal information. Information collected at the time of registration is used only for account management, identity verification, payment processing, and customer service purposes.

12 Responsible Gaming

• You can request deposit limits or self-exclusion if needed.

13 Changes to Terms and Conditions
